Proven Safe
Osteoporosis means "porous bones"—your bones have become less dense and more fragile. A T-score of -2.5 or lower confirms the diagnosis.
Worry about fractures during normal activities
Avoiding activities you once enjoyed
Worry about becoming dependent on others
Frustration with limited exercise options
Osteoporosis doesn't have to define your limitations. Your bones can rebuild and strengthen, even after diagnosis, with the right approach.
Your doctor probably recommended "weight-bearing exercise," but research shows most traditional exercises don't generate enough force for meaningful bone rebuilding.
The femur (your body's largest and strongest bone) requires 4.2+ times your body weight in force to trigger rebuilding. This high threshold demonstrates just how inadequate conventional exercise programs are - they don't even come close to providing the force levels needed for effective bone regeneration.
Traditional high-impact exercise carries fracture risk for people with osteoporosis, creating a dangerous catch-22. Even when attempted, these conventional programs fall dramatically short of the force levels actually needed.
You need extremely high force levels for bone rebuilding (as shown by femur requirements), but conventional exercise programs don't deliver anywhere near these levels - and when they try, they become too risky with compromised bone density.
OsteoStrong safely generates the high forces needed for bone rebuilding while eliminating injury risk through our revolutionary approach.

Supporting osteogenic loading
I did Osteostrong for only 5 months last year. I had no idea if it was helping or if I was throwing my money down the toilet. Then I was out of town for 7 months and forgot about it. I am 65 years old and just had my bone density scan. I was shocked to see dramatic improvement - around 8% for neck up to 15% hips. I moved from osteoporosis to osteopenia.

OsteoStrong was specifically created for people with osteoporosis and osteopenia. Our controlled environment is actually safer than most daily activities.
Proven safety record across 30,000+ sessions with osteoporosis patients
Yes. OsteoStrong was designed specifically for people with compromised bone density. Our controlled environment eliminates the variables that cause injuries in traditional exercise. You're in complete control of the force you generate, and our certified specialists supervise every session. Our safety record shows zero injuries in over 30,000 sessions with osteoporosis patients.
OsteoStrong doesn't replace medications. Many members use it alongside prescribed treatments with their doctor's approval. We encourage you to discuss OsteoStrong with your physician and can provide research documentation to share with your healthcare team. Our approach complements medical treatment by addressing the mechanical stimulation your bones need.
We track progress through multiple measures: strength improvements in each session, balance and stability assessments, confidence in daily activities, and most importantly, follow-up DEXA scans. Most members see measurable strength gains within weeks and bone density improvements within 6-12 months.
Most members come once per week for optimal results. Each session is only 10-15 minutes of actual exercise time. The beauty of osteogenic loading is that it requires less frequent sessions than traditional exercise because of the high forces generated.
Severe osteoporosis (T-scores below -3.0) is actually where OsteoStrong shines brightest. Traditional exercise becomes too risky, but our controlled environment allows you to safely generate the forces needed for bone rebuilding. We've successfully worked with members who have T-scores as low as -4.2.
Absolutely. We encourage communication with your healthcare team and can provide progress reports and research documentation. Many local physicians are familiar with OsteoStrong and refer their patients to us. We're happy to coordinate with your medical team.

OsteoStrong has been one of my best choices. I started about 4 years ago. I have seen significant improvement in my spine and, although my hips show slower improvement they are not getting worse. Osteoporosis is a progressive disease so stopping that progression is everything. I am so happy to have found a way to deal with osteoporosis without drugs! The staff couldn’t be more knowledgeable or more welcoming. It’s actually fun. I am so glad I found this and I recommend it to anyone who needs to strengthen their bones.

*** No physical exercise is 100% safe, and neither is OsteoStrong®. OsteoStrong® provides a unique way to emulate a high impact load of force to achieve osteogenic loading, without the high impact. While not 100% safe, OsteoStrong® is significantly safer than attempting high impact force. OsteoStrong® members have reported improved bone density, improved balance, improved strength, reduced joint pain, and reduced HbA1c. Results may vary. Consult your physician.
